Together we will assess your current level of fitness and what your body needs, creating a Self-Care Map for change. Over time, you will feel empowered to follow your individualized Map on your own, several times a week.

Private sessions take place in your home or in my home studio.  All Covid protocols are followed.  Please reach out for more details.
