MELT NeuroStrength/Performance

Whenever you raise your arm to reach a high shelf, bend down to pick up a bag, or simply walk down the street, you use patterns of movement that are unique to your lifestyle and history. Over time, these patterns can get a bit “bogged down,” causing pain, inflammation and instability.

MELT NeuroStrength helps you press the “reset button” on your foundational movement patterns, uncovering the common compensations that no longer serve you and wiping the slate clean. In this weekly class, you’ll learn simple exercises to reacquire the stability of your shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle and core. Your muscles will fire more accurately, whether you are lifting groceries or lifting weights. And you’ll feel great!

MELTed Yoga

Enliven and deepen your yoga practice with The MELT Method! MELT brings fresh fluid your connective tissue, which surrounds and supports all the structures of the body, so poses become more stable and aligned from the inside out. In this class, we’ll use specialized soft MELT rollers and balls to prepare for specific yoga poses, as well as integrating them into the flow itself. We’ll release tension in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, hands and feet. You’ll notice the difference right away: a new freedom of movement, a keen awareness of your center, and a deep vibration of breath that travels from your head to your feet.

All levels are welcome to experience the ease, balance, and flexibility that MELTed yoga can offer.
