6 days of Tele-Classes, April  6-11
Minimum Suggested Donation $10

handfoot2Your health is in your hands… and feet!

Join me for 6 days of MELTing your hands and feet by phone to detoxify your system and release the long, hard winter from your bones.  Relax at the end of the day with MELT from 9:00-9:20pm on April 6, 8, and 10.  Or refresh your mornings with MELT from 7:00-7:20am on April 7, 9 and 11.

Can’t make it at those times?  No problem!  The audio recordings will be available for listening and following along, up to 48 hours after the original calls.

MELTing your hands and feet regularly brings new space and movement to your joints, improves your posture, and stimulates your organs to discharge built-up toxins.  It’s gentle and anyone can do it, at any age or level of fitness, in the comfort of their own home or office.

This event is by donation, and all proceeds go to support two wonderful non-profits started by two courageous women who are changing the world and breaking new ground, just like the Spring!  Minimum suggested donation is $10 towards at least one of these worthwhile causes.

Dharaclass300Jenna Ritter, MS Bank Street College of Education, founded Dhara in 2008 to teach foundational Eastern self-healing practices to those living in low-income situations. Dhara has been embraced by those who live with various emotional and mental health issues. Students continually find a new level of wellness, gaining inner strength and healing that supports them through the myriad of challenges they face in their lives.

Your donation will go directly towards funding the Pathways to Wellness program at The Breathing Project, which is offered to all who seek greater mental well-being, regardless of their ability to pay.  Dhara NYC is part of the FJC Fiscal Sponsorship Program.

As a special gift to those who donate to Dhara, you will receive a Guide to Inner Clarity with lifestyle tips to help you move into Spring with ease.  Please email Edya after making your donation to receive your gift, and our thanks.

Skraptacular300Skraptacular, founded by artist/activist Michelle Del Guercio, teaches children how to transform trash and found objects into artworks, science projects and useful household items. Help us spread the message of sustainability and environmental awareness to communities across Manhattan and beyond.

Your Skraptacular dollars will go directly to paying for weekly workshops at the United Palace Afterschool and Enrichment Program, serving underprivileged youth in Upper Manhattan. We are committed to building a strong partnership with this underserved community and training young leaders for paying positions at our non-profit eco-organization. Skraptacular is a 501(c )(3) tax deductible organization.

As a special gift to those who donate to Skraptacular, you will receive a Spectacular Eco-Spring Cleaning Guide with fun ideas for the home and the environment.  Please email Edya after making your donation to receive your gift, and our thanks.

Join us for this exciting event to Detox your body with MELT, Detox your Mind with Dhara, and Detox your Home with Skraptacular!
