Shoulders, Hips & Core

Get ready for an active summer season with the Power of Threes!

– 30 minute classes 3x a week
– 3 MELT Stability Moves each class
– for 3 Weeks!

Together, we will MELT our shoulders, hips, and core 3 times a week, to improve range of movement, reduce pain, sleep better, and feel great!

This is a live Zoom series, but if you cannot attend the live sessions, recordings will be available each week for 7 days after the day of the recording.

DATES:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, starting May 29, 2023 on Zoom
Mondays and Tuesdays are morning sessions 8:00-8:30am EST
Thursdays are evening sessions 8:00-8:30pm EST

WEEK 3 Special Guest Teacher Michele Kitching will be teaching! You’ll love Michele!

Michele Kitching finds joy in sharing her passion for the MELT method to help you unwind tension and enjoy moving your body in safe ways that leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. 

Her focus in teaching these incredible self-care tools is to encourage you to feel stable and confident to perform well in whatever you love to do! Michele is also a Yoga Teacher and is about to graduate from MELT L5 training.

The third week, there will also be a bonus day of MELT on Friday, June 16 at 8:00-8:55am EST. (Edya will teach this class.)

Props Needed:
– Full Body MELT soft roller
– MELT Resistance Band or another light or medium 6-foot resistance band of your choice
– Yoga mat or place to lie down comfortably
– Cushion or flat pillow
– Folded bath towel or small blanket
– A big glass of water!

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting Fall 2023 on Zoom
All live sessions offered on Zoom 9:00-9:30am EST
Recordings sent out shortly after the live class, and available for 7 days.

There will also be a bonus day of MELT for every session.

Props Needed:
– At least ONE of each kind of MELT ball in the MELT Hand & Foot Ball Therapy Kit: Large Soft Ball, Small Soft Ball, Large Firm Ball, and Small Firm Ball.
