If you want all these special experiences for your teen, then Youth Yoga Retreat is the place.  Young people grow and learn as they spend time in nature and around adults on a spiritual path.  All levels of yoga ability are welcome to join.

Family Yoga Week
July 2018 dates TBA
Parents and children up to age 10

This fun-filled week is a great opportunity for parents to spend dedicated time with their children in nature AND take care of themselves.

There is a special yoga class just for children in the morning.  Parents of children under 4 must attend, but others may enjoy the adult classes.

In the afternoon, adults may take another yoga class while their children participate in a nature walk, art project, or supervised free play.

Add to that baking projects, family outings, special tours and kirtan workshops, and it just could be the best week of your entire year.
