Description: Experience a thorough, delightful full-body MELT in this class. Each week has a slightly different focus. Past classes have covered topics such as the Neck and Shoulders, Hips and Ribs, the NeuroCore, the Vagus Nerve, and more.
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Props Needed: MELT Full Roller, MELT Hand & Foot Therapy Balls, 6.5-foot Resistance Band, large folded towel, flat pillow, yoga mat
Movement Requirements: You need to be able to get up and down to the floor. We also do standing and seated work.

Tuesday Night MELT

Location: Hudson Pilates

Description: A small in-person class for those who enjoy MELTing together in an informal, friendly environment. Great for Beginners!
Level: Open, but great for Beginners!
Props Needed: All props provided, but you can also bring your own MELT Roller, MELT Therapy Balls, 6.5-foot Resistance Band, yoga mat, large towel or yoga blanket.
Movement Requirements: You need to be able to get up and down to the floor. We also do standing and seated work.

Description: The original Po3! We cover three MELT NeuroStrength Moves in each class for 3 weeks. Recordings are sent out after the live Zoom class and are available for 7 days.
Level: Open, but may take patience at the beginning. I'm here to help you get the best results!
Props Needed: MELT Full Roller, 6.5-foot resistance band, large folded towel, flat pillow, yoga mat.

Description: Improve hand flexibility, mobility and grip strength with the MELT Hand Treatments. Learn the MELT Facelift to reduce neck pain, TMJ and headaches. Recordings of each class are sent out after the live class meets on Zoom and are available for 7 days.
Level: Open, and great for Beginners
Props Needed: At least one of each MELT Therapy ball: Large Soft, Large Firm, Small Soft and Small Firm
Movement Requirements: Seated work, which may be done on the floor or at a table or desk

Description: Learn the MELT Foot Treatments thoroughly, starting with one Therapy Ball and working up to all three. Great for posture, healthy knees and hips, and even lower back pain!

Movement Requirements: None: you can adapt all the Foot Treatments to a seated, free-standing, or standing supported position
