MELT 4-Week Beginners Series

45, 60, or 75-minute classes, once a week.
Participants will be introduced to the basic science and method of MELTing using specialized MELT rollers and balls.

WEEKLY FOCUS:

MELT for Lunch

Erase the strain of your workday!
30-minute lunchtime MELT classes, at your desk or in your fitness space.

MELTed Yoga

45 or 60 Minute Classes
Improve your Yoga with MELT!
Short MELT sequences combined with yoga poses make for a relaxing and effective flowing class.

MELT Hand & Foot Breaks

Short 15-20 minute Mini-MELT sessions using MELT Therapy Balls on the hands and/or feet.
Can be offered before or after meetings, or during staff break-times.
