
The Power of Threes
You might be surprised to find out that for over a decade, I avoided many MELT Moves. I barely taught them or did them on my own.
Rebalancing ? Loved it.
Gliding and shearing the upper back? My fave.
Foot Treatment? Yes, daily!
But NeuroStrength? NOPE.
The NeuroStrength Moves were hard! And so finicky!
But my left shoulder was increasingly creaky and my hips were sore, no matter how much gliding and shearing I did. I knew NeuroStrength would help my stability and make me feel better.
So one day, I asked myself:
"What is the least amount of time I could devote to NeuroStrength each week to make a positive difference in my own Shoulders, Hips, and Core?
The answer, was THREE.
The Power of Threes
Since I started teaching Po3 in January of 2022, I have felt my own body transform. My left shoulder doesn't click anymore. I can do squats again with my hips. My core feels solid.
More than that, I enjoy waking up to a quick 30-minute MELT session with this Powerful group three days a week. The community support makes doing these MELT Moves more accessible and fun!
Don't worry if you can't make the weekly sessions in person. I hear from many Po3 participants who watch the recorded classes at home on their own that they get carried along with the energy of the class. Each class recording is sent out directly after the class, and is available for 7 days.
Soon, I was branching out to offer other Po3 programs, on MELTing the hands, the feet, and the face and neck. Just more ways to remind your body (and mine!) that it doesn't take much to make a change.
